I am about to enter into a very complicated discussion about a peony variety that I want to get for my National Collection of peonies bred by Kelways. Not only is this going to be a complicated discussion but if it bears fruit it will be a complicated and expensive process to get the plant since it is in a foreign country that is not easily accessible. I leave no stone unturned in trying to find peonies for the collection! However before things get too complicated and expensive I thought I would just double check that none of your Group members have this plant. Can you imagine how annoying it would be if it had been here in someone’s garden all along! So, please if any of you have ‘Phyllis Kelway’ could you let me know?
